Chef-Owner Dennis DeBellis has led the kitchen at John's Cafe since 2000, shaping it into the neighborhood restaurant it is today. He became owner in 2015 and, in spring of 2026, purchased the property-beginning a new chapter for John's Cafe while remaining true to everything our guests have come to love.

Our cooking is rooted in New American cuisine with a strong Italian influence. Fresh pasta is made on-premises daily, complemented by seafood, steaks, seasonal ingredients, daily specials, and delicious desserts.

We accommodate dietary needs whenever possible. Whether you are joining us for a weeknight dinner, a cocktail at the bar, or a special celebration, our goal is simple: serve memorable food in a warm, comfortable setting and make every guest feel welcome.
