The 2nd Annual CPTV & WNPR's Craft Beer and Chili Challenge!
Sunday, August 21st, 2011 at Rentschler Field Noon to 4PM

Tickets are all inclusive of beer and chili.
Come and sample a vast selection of craft brewed beers from Connecticut and around the world, while dining on chili samples from some of Connecticut's best restaurants including John's Cafe.

Grab a ballot on your way in and vote for your favorite beer and chili to help us crown the winners... All while supporting the local TV and Radio programming you have relied on for years!

Italian Cheesemaking with our very own Chefs William Okesson III and
Dennis DeBellis

Sunday, October 9, 11am to 2 pm at the Silo Cooking School at Hunt Hill Farm,
New Milford, CT


In this popular class, students will make homemade ricotta, pull mozzarella and work with crème fraiche. As a class, we'll put the cheeses to delicious use preparing:

Fresh Mozzarella Roulade With Roasted Peppers and Prosciutto
Grilled Pizza
Pear-Butternut Raviolis
Ricotta Gnocchi With Swiss Chard, Walnut and Brown Butter Sauce
Mesclun with Creamy 'Verde Dea' Dressing
Roasted Apple Tiramisu With Cinnamon Crème Fraiche
